How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. After your order ships, delivery takes 3 to 10 business days in the United States and 7 to 21 business days internationally. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

How much is shipping?

U.S. Standard shipping is $6.99 on orders under $100, and U.S. shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Contact us at hello@breakbanksonly.us to start a return. Customers cover return shipping for standard returns. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong because of our error, we cover the return shipping.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or item is to request a return for the original item, then place a separate order for the one you want.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, the order may enter processing and can no longer be canceled.

How do the hoodies fit?

The OVERDUE Hoodie runs slightly oversized, with a chest that fits true to size and sleeves that run long. A Small fits like a Medium in sleeve length. See our Size Guide for fit guidance.

What about THE VAULT pre-orders?

THE VAULT VOL.01 pre-orders open December 1, 2026 and close December 15, 2026. Full payment is taken at checkout, and orders ship in late January 2027.
